One of the many ways we differ from the average lockshop is that we have our own machine shop.  This allows us to make custom replacement parts for locks and safes when no other solution is available.

The following are some of the machine tools we have: Milling machine, Lathe, Welder, Bandsaw, Drill Press and Arbor Press

We are capable of machining all types of small parts for our customers including: handle arbors for safes, various types and sizes of bushings, hinge pins for safes, guides and brackets, adaptor rings, etc.

Below are a couple of pictures of what we have made for customers.

These are bushings made on our lathe.  These bushings were used to repair the hinges on a large (4000 lb) safe.

 

This photo shows a handle arbor.  The handle arbor is what attaches to the safe handle and allows the locking bolts of the safe to be retracted.

Since no replacements parts were available for the particular safe (company no longer in business), we machined this arbor to replace the old worn out one.
